Robert Munster, Editor, Writer

IMG_0085Robert Munster’s therapeutic background as an occupational therapist has utilized numerous alternative healing modalities. Having worked in many medical facilities and programs throughout the United States, Bahamas, and Iceland, Robert has participated in numerous multi-hand, therapy programs employing inter-species experiences with dolphins, horses and even burros.

While spending winters in the Dominican Republic, Robert enjoys his lifelong passions of surfing, writing and gardening; and recently published his first book entitled, Still Surfing. Summers call Robert back to his self-built home in the woods of Maine where he grows most of his own food. Known as well-read, articulate, and communicative, he is often called upon to edit websites, articles, and books; and has joined The Vacation Rental Travel Guide staff as an in-house editor.

Staying in varied types of accommodations, Robert has traveled extensively to such places as Australia, Vietnam, Italy, Tahiti, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Brazil, Panama and Alaska.  From the Atlantic seaboard to the Pacific coast, he has traversed the American highways and byways on more than 20 separate occasions.

Bob has published three books entitled: Still SurfingWho Are We Really?; Living On Intuition. He is presently working on his fourth book entitled On Our Way Home. With such a varied and wide set of experiences, Robert brings an eclectic viewpoint to the Vacational Rental Travel Guide staff.
