TRAVEL/PUBLISHING COORDINATOR & PERSONAL ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
(approximately. 20 hours per week)
- Makes calls; TELEPHONE SKILLS & FOLLOW UP (PC and TC and PA)
- Creates Organization: SETS UP REVIEWS with Property Managers and Vacation Rental Owners (TC)
- Coordinates getting the check-in for Travel Writers (TC)
- Checks materials coming from Travel Writers to make sure they are complete. (PC)
- Takes care of administrative duties for the Publisher (PA)
- Sends out email blasts (PC)
- Calls property owners and welcome them to VRTG just as soon as a sale is made! (PC)
- Follow up on charge backs, and talk to the property owners about removing the complaint (PA)
- Posts edited articles to the website about 2-3 per month (PC)
- Makes commission payments every two weeks to sales persons (PA)
- Compiles a list of Passwords for Publisher (PA)
- Maintains a spreadsheet of Publishing projects updates (PC)
- Other publishing projects as assigned (PC)
- Other personal assistant projects as assigned (PA)
- Other travel coordinator projects as assigned. (TC)
- Meet twice a month with publisher for organizational and training time.
