Display ads are sold in both versions the Printed Version to be sold on AMAZON INTERNATIONAL and the DIGITAL Version of the book; to be advertising on vacation rental sites and blogs. As an introductory price, display advertisers and directory adverisers will get both for the price one. In later editions each will be sold separately.
